Best Overall Banking Experience
I've had accounts at a lot of different banks over the years but none even come close to 1st Advantage. Great people to work with, the best technology, best rates and exceptional customer service. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience at 1st Advantage Bank.

I don't care what the ratings state, 1st Advantage Bank is exceptional in service. I have banked with many banks in the area and have not found one close to the friendly service I receive everytime I walk in to the bank. I am one HAPPY customer!
Finally A Bank That Gets It.
There are banks and then there is my bank. never have I banked anywhere that they have gone above and beyond personal service. From monitoring my debit card activity to the smiling face when I walk in the front door. No other word to explain it but A++. Chrissy always greets you with a hello and a great smile and Vicky's bubbly personality makes my banking a pleasure instead of a chore
