To use and is very helpful for quickly checking balances and tranferring between accounts!

Wish it had a dark mode. Also wish I could set up recurring transfers within the app and not only one-time payments/transfers.

However, when sent in to AB&T for my job, I dread the experience. The employees are plain rude. The young man at the drive through window comes across in a know-it-all manner. Furthermore, he and one of his colleagues look back and forth at each other, then to me, then back at each other while they're taking behind the glass. I don't want to feel like I'm the subject of petty workplace gossip. Another very unpleasant employee to deal with is Janice. She is not warm, kind, helpful, or welcoming at all. The customer service experience at the Meredyth location is just bad. I can't stand dealing with service providers who act as if doing their job is a huge hassle.

Depositing checks and transferring money made easy. And the notifications on suspicious activity have been a life saver!

No problems with banking or making deposit. Customer service is also great! If I need clarification the customer service are friendly and patient.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. No service fees like some of the other banks. Mobile app works great and user friendly. Definitely recommend American Bank & Trust
