I had a business check stolen, forged, and cashed. I did not realize what had happened until 62 days after the check cleared (most banks allow 90 days to dispute). Even after traveling to a different branch to have dispute paperwork noterized after filing a police report, and returning paperwork to branch where account was opened, I received no information on status. I was only notified that they were not going to do anything after calling and visiting brach several times. Needless to say, I took my banking elsewhere. Have a question? I like the small bank feel plus and the New Manager and myself are friends from another location. Yesterday I went to the location to take care of some business. Meagen met with me and helped square up my needs. She was awesome in the customer service she provided. Her answers to my questions were spot on. have always enjoyed a great relationship with them and great customer support from my often used Coursey Branch where all of the employees are wonderful with a fantastic demeanor at all times that I have visited. Would not change banks for any given reason!!
