The workers are sooooo kind!! Super friendly and treat you with grade A service :)

This branch located in Garden Grove is convenient as it's located right on a major street. The shopping center is old but their stand alone branch looks okay. Clean. The service seems hit and miss. Sometimes you get helpful people and sometimes it's an absolute nightmare. The bank is quite strict and they have requirements other banks do not. For example endorsement of checks into account cannot be a signature but must be legible. So if your signature is not legible they have you sign again. They also require account numbers on the back of the check which I have been told by other banks is not in good practice as it gives your account number to others.

The staffs working the other Hanmi banks (especially in LA)are not kind neglect my asking. But she was trying to be best to help my ask like her work. Hanmi needs this kind of staff more

This particular location is one of their older ones. Service is fine, the staff are fluent in both English and Korean. Yes, they are one of the few that still fires up a pot of coffee for it's customers. Location-wise, it's convenient for Garden Grove residents, as it is on Garden Grove Bl between Brookhurst and Magnolia. I find their banking experience more personal than larger banks.

She provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. Hye Joo was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Hanmi Bank and specifically seek out Hye Joo Jung for any banking services. She is truly a gem and a shining example of what great customer service looks like! Five stars and more if I could!"

you know, where you're treated like you matter, and the tellers and other employees act friendly and glad to see you - then come to Hanmi Bank. This may sound over the top, but I've been through a few too many banks and awful experiences. Aside from the excellent customer service, the actual banking services are first rate. The web bill pay service is simple and very secure (they have more security features built in than the last two banks I used). While Hanmi Bank has a limited number of branches (it's Los Angeles based), there are a enough branches - and growing, to make it an excellent choice. Again, I can't say enough about the professionalism and wonderful service. The Koreatown Galleria branch is also a beautiful looking branch, if that's the word used to describe a bank.

Been with them for over 25 years and I will never consider going anywhere else...friendly and caring employees who make you feel as if you are family...this is what personal bank really means . Plants of parking on both sides of the bank and they even have the best coffee on the go...
