I always banked with big banks "Chase, BOA, and the worst out of all TD bank" I joined Kearny bank about 7 months ago. I have never bank at a more convenient bank before. I have branch managers cell number and can contact him with any requests. Anthony is a true gentleman and would go way out of his way to make sure all is his clients are happy. I am seating here and they know everyone who walks in by first name. I am here during Halloween and they have few cool decorations :)

They have always been helpful and friendly, and I'm on first-name terms with the Branch manager and all of the associates. Some years back, I had a problem with an eBay seller in Wales, UK. Having received my teller cheque (as good as cash, right?), drawn on Kearny Federal, the seller assumed she had me where she wanted and proceeded to change the conditions of the sale. When I complained to my KFS branch manager, Melissa, I was told she could reverse the teller cheque, even after the eBay seller had cashed it.
