During our last visit to the Exchange Bank, we were assisted by Kianna Hall, and she was awesome! When I walked into the bank, I was very upset, frustrated, and ready to argue. Kianna was able to answer all of my questions and resolve the issue I had. She was very polite and professional. I'm so happy I got to work with her that day. Thank you, Kianna, for your hard work! Tracy is the branch supervisor and she's incredibly helpful and always cheerful. This branch has a wonderful staff and it's always a pleasure to walk in to make a deposit. It's easier for me to use the Rohnert Park branch (off expressway) but, I go out of my way to see the folks of this branch instead. It's all about customer service and the staff at this place totally rocks it!!
