Twin City Bank was the largest state bank in Arkansas during my years there. I started in a structured Management trainee position right out of college. I was rotated through all the various departments of the bank as part of a two year program. That experience allowed me to learn how a bank works and how all the departments work together. Management was extremely ethical and highly customer service driven. Excellent customer service was regularly praised and rewarded. Although I ultimately chose a department which was not customer facing, I never forgot those lessons learned regarding how to treat all people in all interactions, and those lessons have served me well in all areas of my work and personal life. Twin City Bank was purchased by a regional bank shortly after my departure.

I learned a lot at this financial institution. I did grow with them. The compensation and benefits didn't meet all my needs but it helped a lot.
