Our loan officer has been super helpful, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable during our loan process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a nervous first-time home buyer. I would recommend Homestreet to any first-time home buyer because they are local and available. We have been able to contact our loan officer and actually meet with him in person at the Seattle headquarters multiple times. We worked out an excellent loan agreement at a phenomenal rate and I couldn't be happier.

I would wholeheartedly refer him to anyone looking to finance or refinance a real estate loan. As a result of my most recent acquisition, I am switching many of my business bank accounts to Homestreet (Ballard Branch). They seem to be much more up to date than a lot of other smallish banks such as Banner and Umpqua. I have had accounts at Bank of America, Viking (the best, but now closed), American West (the worst), Umpqua and Banner. Bank of America is the most user friendly, but a lot of us small business owners shy away from the huge corporate banks. Looking at Homestreets capabilities, they seem like a good fit.

They were very quick to get us in for an appointment and even accommodated our work schedules and met with us after 6pm. We were there with Barry until after 9pm.
