My bitcoin wallet was compromised few days back which resulted to me losing a huge sum of money I got depressed with no luck at sight until I read reviews about an amazing and legit fund recovery team at (wisetechhack@ gmail .com) who retrieved my stolen money completely. This is the real deal
I was a Virtual Wallet Performance Select customer for over 8 years and a number of failings on PNC's part, in a period of 2 months, has made me walk away. 1) If you are invited to join the Private Client program, be warned. It is just an aggressive marketing campaign. (fwiw .... I joined for the priority customer service number). I was receiving calls every 2-3 days to meet with an advisor. I was extraordinary polite .. telling him thank you for reaching out to me, but I don't need anything at this time, etc. After repeatedly asking for the calls to stop, I was told ..... "If the calls are too much of an inconvenience, we can get you opted out of the program". Guess What?! I have opted out of PNC. 2) Botched replacement of my credit card after fraudulent activity. Long story. 3) Changes to the branch. The drive-throughs are now closed. The inside teller windows are now closed. You are now required to go and sit at a desk in an enclosed office to perform any transaction. Of course, you are promoted to discuss other products you may want. Dear PNC, I just want the great service that you used to provide ... not constant in-my-face marketing.
Filled out an application for a home equity line of credit. Not five minutes after finishing the application the phone number we used on the form started getting telemarketer spam calls for similar products. Either PNC or one of their "trusted" affiliates sold our information to a massive number of solicitors. Over 20 telemarketer calls per day across two weeks, including Saturdays and Sundays. Didn't matter that the phone number was on the National do not call list. Do not work with this bank unless you're okay with the constant barrage of harassment you'll get from email & phone calls when your info gets shared. Their marginally better rates do not make up for what they did.
The teller service at the 5th & Main, downtown Cincinnati branch is absolutely terrible. The teller was clearly overwhelmed and undertrained. This bank consistently delivers the worst banking experience.
PNC Bank is Literally Killing me! I paid Dec 23 and Jan 24 Mortgage. They billed me AGAIN for January 23, and February 24 with a late fee. I argued receipt which they had, to 5 different people who all gave me different answers, but one person agreed to waive the late fee! On, Mortgage Due: March 1st 24: One bill $924.14 (plus mystery fee of $105. Same day, another bill $1961.28 5 days later 3rd Bill 1033.14. All due by March 1, 2024. I can't breath, My chest hurts., They can't say WHY but late fees and I better not forget legal fees....It's a nightmare I I can't wake up from.
When I was applying for a personal loan over the phone they told me that I was PRE APPROVED for a debt consolidation credit card and then I got a letter in the mail telling me that I was rejected for it. It is such scummy and predatory behavior to tell someone in the midst of applying for something that will require a hard credit check against them that they are APPROVED for something else that would also require a hard credit check/impact their credit score. I wasn’t seeking this out, I didn’t ask about it, it was offered and marketed to me as a guaranteed option when I was in the middle of applying for a loan.
PNC on-line banking is useless if one has to jump thru 75 ridiculous hoops to prove identity. It is INSANE and overkill to the max!
pnc bought my mortgage from UWM. a big PITA ever since. Laborious phone conversations. no calculating available on account page, or methods to make changes.
30 minute hold time to get thru to someone in customer service, 1st lady told me there was fraud on my account and that’s why I was locked out of online, puts me on hold for 17 mins, checking back in only to say still on hold then disappears b4 I can speak, transfers me to fraud finally, who says there weren’t any problems and need to talk to biz online support. 5 mins later I can to biz and they have to identify me for a 3rd time on same call, no one works together or passes along any info…terrible services all around and I still can’t access my accounts!
This bank is totally incompetent. Our mortgage was transferred to PNC back in June of 2023. At that time we had a pending insurance claim from Ian still in the works. They are currently holding approximately $29K that has yet to be paid out. The inspection was done on May 28th by previous mortgage company who advised they would be releasing half of that money to us; loan transferred and no surprise, they have no record of it. Start all over again. As snowbirds, we were not here for the summer months and let it slide. Returned in September and as most Floridians know getting insurance was awful. I had money is escrow account which paid my insurance in September. Received a notice from bank in October that my escrow account was going to change, which I expected bc hey didn't everybody have a change? Well my next statement lowers my payment by $450 bc the dumbasses didn't have insurance escrowed in! When I called them they said I didn't need it (wait for it!) bc it was only land! Several phone calls later they finally realized their mistake and corrected. Had another inspection. They call me today and tell me they are missing a page out of the underwriters 28 page damage report and please send it. Sent it over. Get a text from PNC telling me they have an update and to go to the website for the update. Can't log in again! Requires special handling, please call CS. Call customer service and was informed that the reason I can't access account is bc it was a total loss!!!! Why did you send an inspector out then? No answer. Unbelievable customer service. No one knows anything or switches you to another imbecile that knows nothing either. I feel like I'm speaking to 5 years olds. Ready to hire a lawyer to get this addressed.
I have witnessed dozens of customers in line complaining about these clowns and now I know why. They corrected a 'clerical' error on their end 6 months after the incident and totally wiped out my son's account. When I calmly inquired (Figured this was best way to get resolution), she literally screamed at me. I was shocked, but remained calm. Getting out of here as soon as possible.
