Good bank! only issue is it takes a long time to answer the customer care

I do not get there too often as I live in Grand Rapids. Although my sons live in shepherd and would make it a point to rely on Alma Commercial Bank.

She is alway bright and cheery. Don't tell her I told you this but a genius with money. Check them out and let them set you up for success.

I went to Kaduwela branch to open a joint account with my brother in last week and we both had our NICs. But counter staff members informed that they can not recognize our relationship and need our original birth certificates. And week after later we visited the same branch and for the same purpose. But they did not ask any single word about the birth certificates. I don't know and can not understand what is the correct process of this bank and what I observe is required documents are depending on the mood of the aavailable customer service officer.Once I contact another branch they also informed they do not request BCs NICs are sufficient .☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I take this opportunity to appreciate and salute Com bank for all the support and help they lend time after time. they are very professional to sort things out without putting pressure on us, I very specially would like comment and thank the Assistant Manager at Nugegoda Branch for his excellent, professional work to keep the customers feel wanted and go out of the way to help people. If com bank can choose such people to work with them, definitely it will reach the v much higher level all around the world. The bank is supportive and in every branch I've visited, the staff was very nice. However, their ComBank Digital app is easy to use but has full of error messages and bugs.

One of the best banking services ever experienced. Better customer service. Imma using almost few years now and imma happy with their service.
